What should I do if I don’t receive a booking confirmation email?
Booking confirmation emails typically arrive within about 30 minutes, but sometimes take longer depending which email provider you use.
Please check your Spam, Trash, Junk or Bulk email folders for the booking confirmation email. Some email providers occasionally incorrectly divert legitimate emails to these folders.
If you have not received a booking confirmation email, please send us an email to [email protected] to request a resend of your booking confirmation email. Please include your booking confirmation number, contact details and clearly state your query.
What should I do if I mistype my email address?
It is important when you are purchasing tickets to carefully enter your email address carefully. If there are any errors with your email address, it is likely that your eTickets will not be successfully received in your inbox.
If you realise you mistyped your address, please send us an email to [email protected] as soon as possible to request correction of the order information. Please include your booking confirmation number, contact details, the details to be corrected and clearly state your query.
What should I do if my tickets are lost are stolen?
Tickets are valuable items – please take care of them as if they were cash.
If you have printed your eTicket out, you will still be able to retrieve the original booking confirmation email and print a second copy of the eTicket. However, it is important to note that if your original ticket is scanned at the entrance gate, no further copies of that same ticket will be able gain admittance.
Therefore, if you believe your tickets have been lost or stolen, please send us an email to [email protected] to inform us that your tickets have been lost or stolen. Please include your booking confirmation number, contact details, and we will cancel your original ticket and re-issue you with a brand new eTicket.
